Twenty Five Kent is a creative hub in construction on the waterfront of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Expected to open in 2018, the building will be the first major office space in the neighborhood. Madwell created an identity for Twenty Five Kent that was built off of the area’s unique community.

We teamed up with illustrator Christopher DeLorenzo to produce a family of characters that represent the personalities found within the neighborhood.

We created a fully responsive website with an interactive blueprint, 360° renderings, and b-reel from a drone.

A sales video for potential tenants features beautiful shots of the neighborhood in conjunction with animations that speak to specific facts about the building.
